SARS Tax on non taxable savings.

My recent experience with SARS is one of the worst i ever had to deal with. Absolutely no comparison and no comeback calls or notification. Your insurance company says you will not be taxed and then SARS do the honours and tax my unclaimed pension funds almost half for a 55 year old. Sanlam and SARS seem to be very oblivious to the circumstances now i will need to go legal. I see no end of the tunnel with such theft and total disgrace with SARS.
