SARS Tax Directive issues still not resolved

Good day.I have been trying for the last year to resolve my income tax issue for 2020. There is an outstanding directive that was sent but is not reflecting and i am unable to file.

I received an sms today advising that my auto assessment is still pending and needs to be finalised by the 19th Feb. However none of your consultant are aware on how to assist me.\

Please assist urgently
