SARS taking their time to pay your money and no internist gets payed to you

Good day,I have done my tax with efilling, they requested a document from me,a IRP5 that i send on 05/07/2018,done my tax on 03/072018 and they will take 30 working days to have a look at my IRP5 and then I will get my refund,I think it is realy bad of them, to review 1 document can take them 30 working days???
