SARS taking money from pensioners.

SARS is mistreating our widowed elders. Taking money from them. Pensioners who are not getting money from SASSA. They took money from my mother's account while she was in a process of making an arrangement with them. They then promised to pay her back but they haven’t. She has visited the branch in Durban so many times. She spoke to Nondumiso who promised to help her but hasn’t. Emails were also sent to her manager Oupa, who hasn’t responded either. This is how we treat our elders.
