Sars taking advantage of poor

On the 22 September was dismissed Eoh paid my pension fund i stay almost 2months waiting for that money when I supposed to get my money i was told that I need to contact sars I’m owing sars when I phone sars I can’t get through and they can’t h place me to book appointment to go to sars , I just loss job I don’t have money to maintain my kids Sars took all my money Peter Please advise
