SARS takes forever to audit and review my refund.

I am very dissapointed with SARS, I have taken a day off from work to submit my returns to SARS on the 13 July 2017, I had a confirmation of my refund and audit on the same day. until today I have not received my refund, and I call them now and then, i was told is still under review. I dont get any clarity on why is it taking so long? I need that money and Iam tired of begging for my money that was overtaxed from my hardearned income. SARS SUCKS PERIOD!!
