SARS system issue holding up mu tax submission -

I am been experiencing an issue with my tax submission for 2020, I have all my documents and also submitted on efiling, the system is not allowing to refresh or update the data and when you call SARS they pus you from pillar to post but I keep getting message SAR my submission is outstanding, but no one can assist and no one wants to . My tax practitioner is experiencing the same issue

Please help to sort our the system issue with SARS.
