SARS system failure

SARS not complying to own response timelines. Errors made by SARS being escalated to the "relevant department" with case reference numbers all the time and no action is seen. It is a tremendous challenge to get a hold of any SARS official that can actually help. No branch appointments available in entire Northwest province for the next 2 months. Errors are made on Income Tax assessments in favour of SARS by SARS auditors and then poor taxpayer have to struggle tremendously to get the errors corrected. Call centre workers at SARS seems to be escalation agents only not actually able to help with anything.
