SARS system and service are the most upsetting things ever

The system has glitches on almost daily basis and it's definitely not user friendly, not to mention how it's now difficult even for SMEs to manage their Sars issues:it's as if we're all being forced to use tax practitioners now that not everyone can afford and some just take people for granted and no one holds them accountable.
