SARS SUCKS!!!!

Submitted tax return mid September 2020. Called 4 times and advised: in first call that matter has been escalated. On 2nd, 3rd and 4th calls that audit has not been concluded. It has taken now 3 and a half months and I still get no answer from SARS on when my refund will be paid. However if you owe SARS you must pay immediately or you get charged ridiculous interest.
