SARS sucks

Bad badder baddest. I submitted my returns on the 25th of July and got a message that it will be attended to within 21 days but was never attended to. On the 24th of August it was showing status not filed. I filed for the 2nd time and attached the requested documents. On the 28th of August I went to the Nigel branch and enquired and still submitted the required documents still nothing. Yesterday I called and waited 2 hours for an available agent. When I was number 4 on the line they just dropped my call without assisting me. It's been more than 45 days for a process that is supposed to actioned within 2 days
