sars sucks

I am highly upset the way my tax return handled. it is past the allocated time they take to get my refund to be paid out. i submitted my e-filing on the 01/08/2020 then threre was an issue with the banking detailsl they said i must make an appointment to submit the correct document for verification. follow up on the case and was intended to be paid out on 16/11/2020 contact them again and they told me that it is still under review. so their 21 days of reviewing is just allot of bull. No they escalated to who know where and I have two wait another two weeks. i don't know who run this circus. they just cant keep up with their deadline. i am going to complain every day until they resolve my issue, and note my disgust on hello peter
