SARS sucks!

Selected for verification (third time already since becoming a tax payer) request to submit docs received on the 27/07/2015,documents submitted immediately on e filing status indicated feedback to be received within 2 weeks Call Centre contacted but advised they have a time frame of 30 working days now expected date is the 3/09/2015 I just got off the phone with a *********** agent advising me that deadline is the 9/09/2015 only she knows how that date was reached and if by the 9/09/2015 its not done then they will have to send a request to see what's the problem, numerous phone calls made as others who were selected received their payment after 14 days so why is mine taking the maximum time frame and then some and why do these agents pass the buck and not investigate what the delay is as all they can say is it is still in process and they cannot see anything wrong or outstanding with the documents, I have even logged a complaint with the Sars Complaints Centre directly and to date all I received was an automated response with no feedback SARS service sucks!
