Sars stole my money and wont give feedback

Ive still not recieved feedback from Sars about them taking my money while they were incompatent when i went into the branch to do my tax they failed to notify my of an outstanding IRP5 then because of their failure they took my providend fund without consulting with me when i called Old Mutual they told me Sars took all my money and when I went into Sars they said once Sars take your money you cant get it back. Thats it. Please Assist
