SARS stole my money !!!

Iam so up set I have no avenues left . IAM so ashamed to call myself a South African citizen SARS has ****** my tax money .For nine years I faithfully paid my tax yet now when SARS need to refund me they shrug their shoulder .I have a refund dew to me since 2014 so for the last seven years I've been send to and fro and no one has been able to assist me.The last up date I recieved was that my money was ****** dew to identy *****. SARS please me how is this my problem if your people stole my money?? Iam tired of asking to help my next steps will be the news papers .Awaiting your urgent response Urshula
