SARS State of an institution

SARS claims about enhancing their systems is so misleading. In all my years of dealing with SARS this is the worst. My assessment was finalised on the 1st of August. A simple bank change verification seems to be a challenge for SARS. (what kind of people design their systems?). I get messages weekly saying that they strive to complete in 21 days. All they need to do is filter out all Bank Verification cases. Then depending where in the queue, a case is positioned and the number of these cases that are processed in a day, SARS could project a more accurate time frame for when each case would be resolved. Instead, we get the same automated message every week. It is saddening to see such incompetence by yet another government institution. AKN.
