SARS standards under question?

With the Tax Season open now as usual i always submit my tax on the the first day of the tax season. This is the second time i have been chosen for audit. having gone through an audit before i know that SARS does not take long and they still do maintain their quick response and payout. My e-filing gets done with in 3 days every time. this year again i was chose for an audit and immediately sent my documents as requested. i have phoned numerous times to confirm if my tax has been sent for auditing every time being told it will take 21 days and this morning being told it will take 90 days!! this is ridiculous!! As an honest tax payer who submits my tax every year on time and truthfully I truly feel the time is being wasted on the wrong people when there are so many people trying to fool sars now one of the loyal people who are still honest and does everything to the book must suffer?? plust the phone was put down in my ear?? I really dont appreciate this and would like my efiling resolved as soon as possible as i mentioned previously i do my efiling every year on time and as quick as possible as not to hand it in late and have sars have to sit with 100s of late submissions.
