SARS stalling on refund!!!

My husband Rosco Joseph ID number ***, has been waiting more than 5 months for his Sars refund, everytime they require different documentation, first it was IRP5 form, now its again 2020 till 2021 payslips, who even keep payslip for this long, then it's also bank statements for that period which will cost him R480 to get by the bank which is totally ridiculous, especially in the times we are living in right, where the cost of living is so high. It seems more like Sars is stalling to make the refund, they are finding all kinds of ways not to make the payment and it's very frustrating. When you owe Sars money they give you 30 days to pay, but when they owe you a refund can it possibly take this long almost 6months later? I what answers from them immediately because this is absolute nonsense!!!!
