SARS staff ***********

I have been submitting tax returns for deceased estate since October 2020. Every-time I get a request to submit supporting documents, which I do. I called SARS customer service twice to confirmed required documents for submission. Requested a video call three times, first time was told that I needed to take a photo of myself with my ID, which I did and submitted. Second time was told that I needed to submit a bank statement and not only banking details, which I did. Today I was told that my residential address that I submitted is older then one month and copies must be certified. I went on the website, it talks nothing about certified and clearly states that the residential address should not be older then 3 months. Is there any competent staff member that is able to assist me with the correct submission of documents to finalize the late estate.
