SARS SPY OPERATIONS

I am constantly being harassed by call centre agents from MBD claiming that they're acting on behalf of SARS to collect outstanding payments by a SARS client who happens to be my medical doctor. When I informed the doctor about the doctor said the only number registered with SARS as a next of kin is the doctor's father. Therefore the only conclusion deductible is that the allegations that SARS has a rogue spy unit that can go into people's phones and ***** information is true and real because this happened after I had exchanged numerous phone calls with the doctor. That is a gross breach of privacy that violates basic rights to privacy. How much private information is SARS able to *******ly siphon out of our cell phones? This is scary and I would appreciate if SARS gave me a plausible explanation as I can never get through to their toll-free number.
