SARS Springs Gauteng Branch

I don't get why we have to set appointments if we are told to stand in the line outside and not get any help for 2 hours the SARS Springs Branch has the worst service ever, consults that are not willing to help people, very rude and unsympathetic worst SARS ever 😡😠
