SARS - sort your e-filing out as I cannot access my account!!!

SARS - please sort your e-filing out!!! I need to get into my e-filing ASAP - I have my login name, have answered my security questions but when I am taken to the page to reset my password - NO MATTER WHAT PASSWORD I CHOOSE (and according to SARS password rules), it is always invalid and I cannot proceed. I have phoned SARS THREE times from the UK to sort this out but each time, they send a password reset and the exact same thing happens. Their excuse - an IT glitch. This has been ongoing for more than three weeks now and is unacceptable as I need to access my e-filing ASAP. Please sort this out as a government agency for taxpayers, this is ridiculous and unacceptable.
