SARS SORT OUT YOUR SYSTEM ERROR & PAY ME THE MONEY YOU OWE ME!

I'm a law-abiding taxpayer but now that SARS owe me money, suddenly a return dating back to prior 2005/2006, 6/17 years ago, required for SARS to refund me for period 2***! No returns were outstanding until it came to SARS owing me money, my tax status is compliant! Phoned them, went into see them, logged cases with their ''customer services'' department, 5 months later, still no refund! This after attempting WITH SARS to submit this return, but their system rejecting it! SARS SORT OUT YOUR SYSTEM ISSUE AND PAY ME THE MONEY YOU OWE ME!
