SARS software problems

For three years I have tried to get sars to use software that is compatible with ordinary computers. SARS sends me messages which my computer can not print out (SARS says to update Adobe, I always have the latest Adobe)<br> Sars send forms IT34 I can only download the bottom line , the worksheet is not available and I have to request the call centre to send the messages to my email address. This all takes huge amounts of time, especially the call centre, and yet SARS seem to be unwilling to do anything to make the process better.<br> I have declined to give my ID or tax number as I would not want to be victimised by SARS.
