SARS Sly leeches

SARS are blood sucking sly sharks!Apparently a new TAX law that not many people know about was implemented last year,and now people below tax threshold need to submit their returns.My first penalty(fine of R250) was issued in October i only got the notice of the penalty via post at the end of December.The was no warning about this,they are preying on peoples not knowing about this trash new law!
