SARS Shocker - 6 weeks wasted

On 21 August a telephonic meeting was booked for me by a SARS consultant. The meeting was set for today 29 Sept 2025. Confirmation of meeting was emailed to me. A further email reminder was sent to me on 27th. I uploaded supporting documents on 28 Sept and received confirmation of this.

Of course no phone call was received.

After phoning and waiting over 30 mins I was told that unless a document was uploaded within 24 hrs of setting up the appointment it would not be activated and no one would phone.
