SARS SERVICES IS EXTREMELY BAD... EVRY YEAR IT ONLY GETS WORST

I received an SMS on the 11th of September already, advising that all my verification documentations has been received and that it can take up to 21 days to get an answer, needless to say it is December and STILL NO FEEDBACK!! I Have loaded numerous complaints, however every time I only get a new case number!!!!
