SARS service unacceptable and suspicious

As Usual, SARS are totally dis-organised. This whole new proposal of SARS performing the auto assessment is just another ****, or excuse to prevent tax returns from your option to edit. In my there is no such option to Accept,or Edit. The website continues to pop up with "Error ""Service Unavailable". Then I tried to call them, 809 in the queue. Eventually at number 9 in the queue, the call is dropped, and that a message will be sent with MTN. This pathetic, every year without fail, SARS have audited me. Now it is convenient to auto assess, there is no AUDIT. They want payers to agree on their calculations, to gain more financial benefit! This is pathetic. Let me try call again for the third time.
