SARS Service sucks

I called SARS and spoke to a lady by the name of Jabulile Ntsele. From the word go i could hear from here voice she didn't want to assist. She made me repeat myself over and over. She was rude to me and i had to call SARS again for assistance. She made me feel like i'm stupid or something. I have worked in a call centre before and i know what customer service is and can sense when someone just want to rush you. This is nonsense. Ref for call is ***
