SARS service is very bad

My experience with sars is not a nice one thy need to pay me out my tax returns but thy didn't do so and placed it on hold due the fact that I didn't claim for 2008 I already made plans with the money as I am no longer working I'm struggling my self and my kids go to bed with no food some nights t then sars still have nerve to place my tax return on hold for 3 years thy have payed me out my tax return so why can't thy do it now and when you call there help line there alway no answer I can't even remember if did pay tax in 2008 now my return is placed on hold for tax return of 2008 guys pleas help....
