SARS Service is under question!!!

Once again i find it truly ridiculous when you are an honest tax payer and all of a sudden now you must wait up to 21 - 30 days for your tax return to be looked at because you are an honest tax payer who earns less than most people. Tried talking to the manager today Maliso. Not even the manager could understand my frustration - i spent my last money yesterday to buy my 4 month old son his milk. So desperately waiting for my refund which usually takes 3 days and last time i had an audit it took 5 days now all i keep being told is 21 - 30 days one of them even told me 90 days!!!!!!! Funny how if you are an honest tax payer you are the one suffering but on the news the ones who are not honest are the ones scoring!! I really think this is ridiculous I mean how are we supposed to rely on this?? every time you call someone has another story. its been 5 Days and NO ONE HAS EVEN LOOKED AT MY SUBMISSION!!! Find this ridiculous and outrageous!! they knew tax season was starting so why not ensure that there is enough people working on the submissions? Instead of having anyone wait for another month before you get your feedback.
