SARS Service Is Sh!*!!
I've been waiting for my tax refund since May 2022. I was fined R250 for submitting my returns late,

I was fined R250 for submitting my returns late, and told that until I pay, my refund will be put on hold.
Which I paid around June, afterwards I called SARS to confirm if my payment for penalty went through.
I've following up since then, nearly every week.
I've been told that my matter have been escalated.
Till today, I've escalated more that 5times. Ans I've been following up with my refund nearly every week.
I've noticed that SARS is a very poor service provider, they are care about taking money from people, but they never wanna do the same.
And this matter has made me realize that no one os doing anything about it, every time i call and follow, no action is being taken.
I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SARS SERVICE!
