SARS SERVICE IS GETTING WORSE EVERY YEAR!!!

<p> I always submit my returns via efiling and so does my husband. My husbands was done on 01/07/2016 at 6am and mine on 04/07/2016. We have both received the automated return of assesment ITA34 but not one from SARS even though both our statuses says it has been submitted and assessed by SARS (this was only done on 18/07/2016 for noth of us). If I query status it says SARS will issue a notice within 2 weeks - we are still waiting. Others who have submitted after us have already received their refund and yet here we are still waiting. Previous years it took no longer than a week for the entire process, from filing returns to having the money in my bank account. What is going on SARS and why are you not keeping us informed??</p>
