SARS service has hit rock bottom

How is a person supposed to submit tax through SARS if they don't respond to emails, drop your call after an hour, and don't phone you back? Been trying to do this since October 2022. It's ridiculous! And then I will be charged penalties even though the site does not allow me to submit
