SARS service and Randburg office cservice entre are a joke!!!

getting anything done at SARS is a joke. i have uploaded Bank Details on the efiling system for verification over 6 times , and have personnally visited the Randburg office , with ALL THE NECCESSARY DOCUMENTATION at least at least 10 times , since January 2022. to get in to see a consultant is a mission , to get an on-line appointment is a mission , to speak to a manager or a superviser is impossible!! can anyone assist!!!???
