Sars **** service and outstanding refunds since July 2023

Done my 2023 returns 07/07/2023 still no refund they stated something about my 2021 returns that had to be processed. i sorted that out on the 13/07/2023 still no refund matter was escalated in September. lodged two complaints already with no response. call center and live chat agents cannot assist all they say is lodge a complaint.
