SARS Service a knock on the life of a child

I am highly upset with the information given by SARS employees. I was promised results from left to right and re**** on this information given by the Randburg branch and Call centre on the 03/04/2018 My tax return for 2015 was selected for verification and after submitting my docs on the 02/04/2018 the branch promised me that this process would be completed by the 20/04/2018 The call centre also later confirmed the same information. We are currently in the middle of an adoption and need every penny to ensure the future of our child. Now we missed our day in court and do not have the means to pay for the reports from our social worker. Once again a person cannot rely on government even when you trying to do good
