SARS ******* service

I have contacted SARS several times regarding the payment arrangement for the garnishing order and i was told to send an email to *** as they cannot do it via phone. 3weeks later i received an email saying i should call in. I requested a call back and the guy said he can't assist and dropped the phone. My issue is SARS Consultants are impatient and very rude they always dropping call on us and never call back. Can i urgently be assisted as i tried booking for the face to face consultation and SARS it is forever booked. This has been on going since May.
