Sars say I owe them millions without investigating me

I have 2 companies registered in my name, and these companies haven't been getting any jobs, I would do the annual returns and with cipro, then the problem started 2021 where apparently PAYE was loaded on both companies and I never requested anyone or sars to load these for me because I don't even have anyone working for me, so meaning *****ulent activities were done under my profiles, of which I logged calls with sars but I can't find the initial first call I logged with them, I then started again this year to make follow up with them and they said their system doesn't show any records that I once reported this matter, so yesterday on the 3rd September I received emails from sars which were sent to each and every mail registered on my name stating that they now want to attach things should I not pay the R***.08 which I owe sars. So if they were able to locate my details and manged to get my contacts what is stopping them from investigati g the 3 million which they say I owe even after so many attempt of trying to reach out to them, to explain that my profile was tempered with, I even gave them the right to investigate me and come back with proof that I have employees within my companies and tell me where they work and provide proof that I part of that particular organization. They are too quick to accuse me of owing such millions without proper investigation of which this is actually traumatic and ain't healthy at all because im being stressed of trying to reach out for assistance, instead I don't get feedback from them, the only thing I get is for them to keep on accusing me of owing them money which I don't even make on my annual salary. Can someone attend to this urgently.
