SARS run out of money!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a free sample on the internet. On the invoice attached on the parcel the supplier, it stated in BIG LETTERS "DELIVERY FREE OF CHARGE. ALL COST COVERED BY ADI. NO COMMERCIAL VALUE. ONLY SAMPLES.".

SARS wanted me to PAY the full amount. Does not matter how many documents, present. I can not start a new business nor can the supplier extent their business. SARS tax even free samples now. It says a lot.....

In order to assist Customs during this audit process, your urgent assistance and provision of the following information and documents are required:

Proof of Payment made to supplier , in the form of a bank statement Suppliers open market price list / catalogue Commercial Invoice Purchase orders Sales Agreement including information on any discounts South African ID number/ Importers code
