SARS rude consultants

I have been trying to lodge complaint with SARS and asked SARS to call me, the did call me but no assistance i got form the consultants except rudeness. I submitted my documents with travelling log book because I was receiving Travelling Allowance but SARS decided they will not incoporate my travelling allowance and now I owe SARS because of this. they WORSE part is that no one will help you to book an Appointment with SARS BLOEMFONTEIN. the lady I spoke to TODAY just left me speaking alone_ because she wanted me to hang up. you cannot book for Yourself dates, there is no Available dates in SARS BLoemfontein for disputes. CAN SARS TELL US WHERE MUST WE GO NOW, IF BLOEMFONTEIN OFFICE CANNOT HELP US.
