SARS rude call center agent

I was on a call with SARS and spoke to a lady by the name of Desiree Thabe. Very rude lady! She failed to answer my clarity seeking questions. Moreover, she blatantly REFUSED to let me speak to her supervisor. Shame on you SARS!
