Sars ROT problem

Evil organization that keeps milking us but don't resolve issues and leave us the hard working citizens to struggle. Ai have an ROT issue that they simply will not fix even they themselves told me it was supposed to be fixed in 48 hours but I must just wait until they sorted it out whenever they want
