Sars Rissik street must shut down!

I booked a telephonic appointment with sars for my tax returns, the consultant lady just updated my telephone numbers and then she just hang up on me! With no assistance sars booking system is not working bad service ever! The consultants are so unhelpful I wonder if they are adequately trained.
