SARS RIDICULOUS

It's funny SARS take their tax every month but when they owe you, you can't get your money back. I have been struggling for 3 years, keep paying Co sultan companies to help, they not even able to assist me because SARS made such a mess with my tax. I finally get an appointment with all documents ready and they refuse point blank to assist me because I lost my original ID but have a copy and my driver's licence has expired so they refused (despite knowing that under Covid the driver's license renewal period was extended and it takes long to get an appointment) Alberton refused to help despite me sitting in front of them with all my documents and they cld verify who I am but when I asked how they do it over the phone then I was told calls are recorded, I didn't know they have voice recognition, really. I'm sitting in front of them and they refused. Do not go to Alberton SARS they are useless. I work with compliance and what they did was wrong!!!
