SARS reversed my refund!!

I thoroughly submitted my tax return, SARS refunded me, THEN DEBITED THE ENTIRE AMOUNT a few days later! This is after I used the money to repay debt, now my account is in arrears. Call centre can't even see the debit on my account, give an answer as to why this happened, or when it will be paid back to me. Not even a note on system!!
