Sars returns refund

Got an email from SARS regarding my tax return verification has been completed.. 2whole weeks ago been calling them to find out when my return will be paid they say within 72 hours but still I have received nothing from Sars.. Called again and the call agent navigated me to see the status of my account all it shows is electronic refund and then it show electronic refund reversal nobody can answer me as to why my refund is being reversed!!
