Sars returns issues reversal

I filled my tax return on the 07th of July on the 08th they emailed me about verification and supporting documents.

On the 08th of July I sent them all supporting documents (irp5). On the 12th I got an email saying that verification was completed, on the 13th I called them about the payment turn around time and they said I should be paid within 72 hours.it's now been 3weeks and I have not gotten any payments from them. My call was escalated on 21st only after me having to scream and shout that no one is helping me solve my issues regarding my tax return.

Today is the 26th and still no one from Sars has contacted me regarding my issue, I feel I should have to now wait for a turn around time for escalation. This should be solved along time ago before even reaching 3weeks. Sars is useless in resolving issues, money that is owed to me I have to beg, call and nag for totally unacceptable.
