SARS RETURN STILL NO FEEDBACK

I have received the worst service ever regarding my Tax Return I submitted it on the 3rd September 2021 and till date not even looked at it I was not supposed to go on to Audit but then they stopped my payments on the 3rd September, and since then no feedback nothing, We have been logging calls and getting the numbers the whole time but still nothing If you are late than you get penalized but when they do nothing its okay
