SARS REQUESTED DOCUMENTS FOR THE 2ND TIME

On 7 July 2015 all relevant documentation were submitted to SARS. This morning once again I received an email requesting the same documents. An urgent medical product was bought for my husband and according to the calculation SARS must refund me. How long is this still going to take to finalize my assessment.
